Termite Inspections and Checks

It is recommended that termite inspections are completed by a professional inspector to determine if your property is infested with termites.

Termite checks also help to determine if there is extensive damage to the framework and structure of your property if termites are detected.

We use only the latest, non-intrusive termite inspection devices for accurate detection of termites.

Every termite inspection by Brisbane Termite Services is conducted using the latest in technology, including a thermal imaging camera & Termatrac device. These devices detect live termites through timber & plaster board, with accuracy & with no disturbance to termites.

We need them alive and not disturbed to treat the termites.

Termite inspections are also great to prevent or minimise the risk of termites invading your home.

Full Written Report In Plain English

After your property assessment, we will provide written report with recommendations about how to proceed with treatment and future prevention techniques.

The report will advise whether any protective measures are necessary and therefore you can avoid incurring any costs if the preventive measures are unnecessary.

Annual Termite Inspection Reminder

We will send you an annual termite inspection reminder via email each year.

The Australian Standard recommends 12 monthly inspections as a minimum.

From experience, however, significant termite damage (depending on the species) can occur in less than 3 months.

The inspection of your home will be conducted by a qualified & licensed professional, experienced in the biology and ecology of termites.

We also have professional & public liability insurance.
